The relevance of the study is to ensure reliable operation NPP recirculating cooling water systems (RCWS) and select method for discharge conditioning. purpose provide scientific technical substantiation conditions that will effectively improve efficient long-term RCWS equipment. included analysis main factors influence performance heat exchangers, modern approaches water-chemical regimes (WCR) operating preventing depositions sparingly soluble salts corrosion power equipment, thermal-hydraulic (THR) in WCR laboratory simulation, deposition rates on exchange surfaces (HES). improvements refer gas chromatography technique control content oil product water; process flow diagram floor drain radioactive treatment; methods discrete over operational efficiency with monitoring THR indicators, during studies industrial tests. obtained results make it possible carry out a effective implementation structural reconfigurations order increase installed capacity factor (ICF) economical use variable loads individual units large facilities, considering their capacity, service life, equipment condition due separate THR, WCR, established standards amount blowdown its reuse as makeup units.
